William Kerr, Executive Chairman
William Kerr is the Executive Chairman of TalentWise and has had an extensive business career spanning the globe focused on strategic and business development as well as financial management. William held multiple senior executive positions at global communications equipment company Nortel Networks Corp. including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller. In addition William has held senior positions with organizations such as BCE Inc., PHH Corp. and Forstmann Little. William is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.
Todd Owens, Chief Executive Officer
Todd Owens is the Chief Executive Officer at TalentWise and has been with the company since 2006. Todd previously held senior Product Management and Business Development roles at both Wind River Systems and Siebel Systems. Early in his career, Todd was a United States Navy submarine officer serving aboard the USS Pogy (SSN 647) and on the Third Fleet staff. He has twice been recognized as a "Superstar for outsourcing innovation in support of HR organizations" by HRO Today magazine. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
Paul Cook, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Cook is the Chief Financial Officer at TalentWise, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Intelius, since 2006. Paul has also served as Director of Technology Investing and Senior Portfolio Manager at Munder Capital Management, an investment management company. Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.A. degree in Materials Logistics Management and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Michigan State University.
Bruce D. Myers, Executive Vice President, Sales
Bruce D. Myers is the Executive Vice President, Sales at TalentWise. Bruce joined TalentWise in 2012 with a career in business services and information technology and is an employment screening industry veteran. He has held senior sales leadership positions with ChoicePoint, Inc. and Sterling Infosystems, responsible for field sales operations along with resident screening and wholesale market leadership roles. Bruce was also President and CEO of Kiva Networking, Inc., a Midwest based Information Technology firm. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Judson University.
Dillana Lim, Vice President, Products
Dillana Lim is Vice President of Products at TalentWise. Dillana joined TalentWise in 2006. Dillana has over 15 years of technology industry experience, holding senior positions in both product and program management. Prior to joining TalentWise, Dillana was a senior executive at Infospace, where she was responsible for leading the wireless application product development teams and successfully launching products into multiple wireless carriers, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Before her career at Infospace, Dillana was member of the Advanced Product Development team at Active Voice (now a subdivision of Cisco Systems) where she was instrumental in developing next generation enterprise software applications for the unified communications market. Dillana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Paul Judy, Vice President, Customer Success
Paul Judy is Vice President of Customer Success at TalentWise. Paul brings over 15 years Marketing and Operations experience from a variety of industries, including telecom, retail and software, most recently with T-Mobile USA where he held senior roles in Marketing, Customer Experience Strategy, and Loyalty/Retention Marketing. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Prashant Luthra, Vice President, Technology
Prashant Luthra is Vice President of Technology at TalentWise. Prashant joined TalentWise in 2010. Prashant has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, holding senior engineering management and program management positions. Prior to joining TalentWise, Prashant served as General Manager - Products at Intelius Inc., leading their subscription and core technology initiatives.
Before joining Intelius, Prashant held senior engineering management positions at Infospace in their consumer and directory divisions. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from India and a Masters in Computer Science from University of Kentucky.
