William Kerr is the Chief Executive Officer at TalentWise. Mr. Kerr has served as a member of the Intelius Inc. board of directors since July 2006 and as Chief Corporate Officer since June 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer of JSE Partners Inc., a private investment company, from September 2005 to June 2007, and also from 2001 to March 2004. Mr. Kerr also served as Chief Financial Officer at Nortel Networks Corp., a global communications equipment company, from March 2004 to February 2005 and as Senior Advisor at Nortel Networks Corp. from February 2005 to September 2005.
From 1994 until 2001, Mr. Kerr held several senior executive positions at Nortel Networks, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller. Mr. Kerr is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.

Todd Owens is the Chief Operating Officer at TalentWise. Joining TalentWise in 2006, Mr. Owens has quickly led the company to become a recognized leader in the employment screening industry. Mr. Owens joined TalentWise from Wind River Systems, where he oversaw the Aerospace and Defense business in the Americas, and Siebel Systems, where he held senior business development and product management roles. Early in his career, Mr. Owens was a distinguished United States Navy submarine officer serving aboard the USS Pogy (SSN 647) and on the Third Fleet staff.
Mr. Owens has twice been recognized as a "Superstar for outsourcing innovation in support of HR organizations" by HRO Today magazine. Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Ms. Lim is Vice President of Products at TalentWise. Ms. Lim joined TalentWise in 2006. Ms. Lim has over 15 years of technology industry experience, holding senior positions in both product and program management. Prior to joining TalentWise, Ms. Lim was a senior executive at Infospace, where she was responsible for leading the wireless application product development teams and successfully launching products into multiple wireless carriers, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Before her career at Infospace, Ms. Lim was member of the Advanced Product Development team at Active Voice (now a subdivision of Cisco Systems) where she was instrumental in developing next generation enterprise software applications for the unified communications market. Ms. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Mr. Glenn is Vice President of Marketing and Alliances at TalentWise. Mr. Glenn joined TalentWise in 2008. Mr. Glenn has over 15 years experience in the technology industry, holding senior marketing management and business development positions. Prior to joining TalentWise, Mr. Glenn held senior marketing management positions at leading Software-as- a-Service (SaaS) companies including Entellium and Concur Technologies.
Before his career at Concur, Mr. Glenn held marketing management positions at T-Mobile USA and Onyx Software. Mr. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Miami University and received his Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jeff Sears is Vice President of Regional Sales at TalentWise. Mr. Sears joined TalentWise in 2005, where he has built and manages a team of enterprise sales executives in major markets across North America. Mr. Sears has over 10 years of sales experience.
Before joining TalentWise, Mr. Sears was a sales executive for Entercom Communications Corporation, one of the largest broadcast companies in the United States. Earlier in his career, he was the producer at a top-rated sports radio station in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Sears holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Washington.

Mr. Burke is Vice President of Customer Experience at TalentWise. Mr. Burke joined TalentWise in 2010. Mr. Burke brings over 10 years of SaaS and Cloud Service model experience, and most recently held senior management roles at Mzinga, Concur Technologies, and KnowledgePlanet.
Prior to his career in technology, Mr. Burke was with Ernst & Young / Cap Gemini and consulted with clients on process reengineering, product development and community development. Mr. Burke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Seattle Pacific University and earned a Master’s degree of Science in Management from Purdue University.

Mr. Luthra is Vice President of Technology at TalentWise. Mr. Luthra joined TalentWise in 2010. Mr. Luthra has more than 15 years of experience in technology industry, holding senior engineering management and program management positions. Prior to joining TalentWise, Mr. Luthra served as General Manager - Products at Intelius Inc., the parent company of TalentWise, leading their subscription and core technology initiatives.
Before joining Intelius, Mr. Luthra held senior engineering management positions at Infospace in their consumer and directory divisions. Mr. Luthra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from India and a Masters in Computer Science from University of Kentucky.
