HRO Today’s rankings are based on customer survey data from the top screening providers’ customers. Each respondent was asked about services provided, scope and scale of services, and the quality and satisfaction with the services.

Rankings and weightings are determined statistically, and all feedback is from customers.

Known as Intelius Xpress Onboarding, this new offering will be powered by KMS and sold through Intelius Screening Solutions. Powered by eScreen and sold by Intelius Screening Solutions, the pre-integrated solution incorporates electronic drug screening into Intelius' customers customized pre-employment screening packages, saving time and increasing productivity by eliminating burdensome drug screening chain of custody forms and the need to manage two disparate business applications.

Like Intelius' solutions, eScreen's electronic drug screening offering automates and streamlines the entire drug screening process, eliminating paper and administration from a typically manual and document-intensive process. This pre-integrated solution can be customized for job role, industry, or drug type. Users can reduce their turnaround time by up to 80% compared to a traditional paper-based chain of custody drug screening process, with results returned in as quickly as 15 minutes after the test is administered.

Furthermore, this method is more secure and accurate than a traditional, lab-based drug screening process, which is prone to errors from manual intervention. Intelius' customers using this solution will have access to eScreen's Occupational Health Network (EOHN), which consists of over 1,800 nationwide collection provider sites offering a variety of services, including both digital rapid drug screens and lab-based tests for regulated and non-regulated programs.

Rankings are based on overall customer satisfaction, quality and breadth of services, applicant tracking system (ATS) integration and innovations in candidate vetting.
